Its products were developed by a professionally and academically trained speech pathologist/audiologist with over two decades of experience as a licensed dispenser of hearing aids in several states. Crystal Care International, Inc. products were designed and manufactured to service a consumer need where a hearing aid is not medically required or warranted. Crystal Care International, Inc. products are not meant to supplant hearing aids since they are not “hearing aids.”

The corporate mission of Crystal Care International is to design, manufacture and market a high quality assistive listening device (ALD). Crystal Ear® and Crystal EAZ™ ALDs are analogous to the eyeglass magnifiers that are readily available for consumer purchase in the United States as an alternative to more costly, custom fit eyeglasses. Crystal Ear® and Crystal EAZ™ ALDs are designed and manufactured as a hearing “helper” for the consumer that is to be worn on a part-time basis and only when needed. Crystal Ear® and Crystal EAZ™ are manufactured to be reliable and cosmetically attractive. Crystal Ear® and Crystal EAZ™ products come in one size only that fits most people, are easy for the consumer to obtain and are affordably priced. In essence, Crystal Ear® and Crystal EAZ™ constitute the equivalent of “reading glasses” for the ear.
